Conveyor Motor Relay

Input Voltage Check

24 VDC across wires 30 & 31

from controller

Output Voltage Check

120 VAC across wires 4 & 5

Other Relay Tests

-With 24 VDC input there should be 120 VAC across the output

-With 0 VDC input there should be approx. 0 VAC across output

Motor Capacitor

Test: Discharge capacitor.

Resistance should measure low and drift to high ohms
